The property owner is responsible for adhering to restrictions and covenants -- A map showing the 7 units and the restrictions for each unit are available on the website. 2. The property owner accepts and acknowledges the responsibility for maintenance, upkeep, etc. of the improvement/change. The property owner agrees to submit any change from the original application for review by the ARC. 3. The property owner will contact the City of Fair Oaks Ranch for their consideration in issuance of a building permit. A building permit and contractor registration must be issued per City ordinance before any work may lawfully begin. The City can be contacted at (210) 698-0900. 4. Submit this form and $50 application fee payable to Raintree Woods HOA. Monthly dues must be paid current before project submissions will be considered. 5. Upon approval by the Raintree Woods ARC and City of Fair Oaks Ranch (if required) the non-refundable road use fee, if required, must be paid before any work can begin. 6. A guest house cannot be used as a second permanent residence or rental property The definition of a guesthouse is a separate facility from a main home that is designed to provide accommodations for visitors.
